In all the SKILLED and BUSINESS visa classes there are the following requirements:

• suitable occupation or business skill
• ability to speak vocational English
• no serious criminal offences
• no serious health problems for the applicant and family.

In the FAMILY classes:

• applicants will need to have close family in Australia willing to sponsor
• provide an assurance of support ( a financial guarantee which need not be from the sponsor) and have the majority of close family members in Australia.

Student Visa Requrements:

You will need

• sufficient funds for your chosen course of study
• good academic background
• ability to speak vocational English

In the TEMPORARY SPONSORED work category:

• you will need an employer willing to sponsor you in a skilled position for a temporary stay as a worker.
• you will need work experience or qualifications for the position specified
