Skilled
- All classes of visa based on skill and qualifications /work experience. This includes regional and state sponsored categories.
- You must speak English and be under 45 years of age and have a qualification recognised in Australia as being in demand.
- Applicants will need to achieve a certain pass mark with points allocated for qualifications, age, English and foreign language skills, funds for transfer and family links to Australia.
- A lower points test applies to applicants willing to settle in regional Australia .
Temporary Work Permits
- Applicants need to be sponsored by an Australian Company trading profitably in Australia or an Overseas company wanting to do business in Australia.
- Applicants need to have a skill on the occupations in demand list.
- Applicants need to fill a specific position with specific skills not easily filled by a local person.
- The position is for a specified period off time.
Business Classes
- All classes of business visa for investors / senior executives and business men wanting to trade and establish a business in Australia.
- This includes businesses wanting to set up in regional centres and obtain state sponsorship.
- You will need assets of at least AUD $ 500 000, speak English and have a good business background.
- Senior executive visas are available for management of high profile profitable corporations.
- Investor visas are available for applicants with large sums of money to invest in Australia in fixed funds.
